• All services provided by NowaIm-Ex are entirely digital, non-tangible, and remotely delivered, meaning no physical goods are shipped, and all deliverables—including reports, dashboards, audits, predictive models, configurations, technical documentation, and cleaned datasets—are provided electronically via secure channels.
• Refund eligibility is limited to services that have not yet begun, which includes situations where no analysis, preparation, data loading, research, model setup, or preliminary technical work has been performed. Because every project requires immediate internal resource allocation, once work is initiated—even at the preparatory stage—the service becomes partially consumed.
• Once project work has started, whether through initial diagnostics, environment preparation, data structure analysis, or model configuration, full refunds are no longer possible due to the irreversible nature of technical labor, intellectual output, and the time allocated by our specialists.
• If the delivered service does not match the initially defined and agreed-upon project scope, NowaIm-Ex will first revise, adjust, or correct the deliverables to ensure full alignment. Refunds are only considered after all possible corrections have been made and only if the delivered work fundamentally fails to meet the original contract description.
• If a technical failure or internal issue on the provider’s side prevents the service from being delivered, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be approved. This includes rare circumstances such as system outages, unexpected infrastructure failures, or unexpected technical limitations that halt project execution.
• Refunds are not provided when delays, missing information, or lack of access from the client’s side prevent project completion, including the absence of login credentials, delayed approvals, missing datasets, incomplete instructions, or restricted system access necessary to perform analysis. The client bears responsibility for ensuring uninterrupted access to required systems and data sources throughout the service period.
• Refunds are not provided due to internal changes on the client’s side, such as shifts in team decisions, cancelled initiatives, replaced software, revised business goals, internal restructures, or any strategic pivots unrelated to the delivered service.
• For services that were partially completed, a partial refund may be considered only if there is a clear, measurable portion of the project that remains unexecuted, unused, and unprepared. Partial refunds are evaluated individually and require verification of the completed percentage of the work.
• Completed work, including audits, diagnostic reports, error logs, cleaned imports, dashboards, predictive models, validation rule sets, and system diagrams, is not eligible for refunds, as digital services cannot be “returned” and hold measurable intellectual value once produced.
• If a client is dissatisfied with the results due to misunderstanding the initial scope, NowaIm-Ex may offer clarifications, adjustments, limited additional work, or recommendations; however, this does not constitute a basis for a refund if the work delivered matches the documented agreement.
• All refunds, when approved, are processed through the same payment method originally used, ensuring secure and traceable refund handling. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and cannot be expedited by NowaIm-Ex once the refund is released.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to review the service description, requirements, pricing, expected deliverables, and timelines before making a purchase, as all services require active client collaboration, timely access, and accurate project information. Lack of preparation or changing expectations after the purchase does not qualify for a refund.
By purchasing any digital service from NowaIm-Ex, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund and Returns Policy. The client also confirms awareness that the nature of highly specialized digital services, analytical processes, and custom technical deliverables requires precise expectations, shared responsibility, and fair evaluation of all refund-related cases.
